When You Arrive

• We are located in a commercial condominium building on John Marr Drive in Annandale.
• There is plentiful free parking directly in front of the building.
• Look for the SEICHOU KARATE sign above the second-floor windows.
• Our dojo occupies the second floor above Hair Mode Salon.

Entering the Building

1. Park in any available parking space.
2. Enter through the glass door on the right side of the building.
3. Proceed upstairs to the second floor.
4. You will see our reception area and training hall.

What You'll Find Upstairs

Our facility includes:

• A large, fully matted training hall
• A dedicated classroom and meeting room
• Comfortable seating for guests and families
• Large windows and abundant natural light
• Separate male-female changing rooms and restrooms

First-Time Visitors

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class so we can:

• Welcome you
• Give you a brief tour
• Answer any questions
• Help you prepare for class
